Pickup & Delivery
1) Chat to our service agent on Whatsapp
2) Make a booking when & where to collect your laundry
3) Meet the driver for collection
4) Wait for invoice to be sent back on Whatsapp
5) Pay via EFT or SnapScan. Alternatively pay with cash or card on delivery
6) Wait for service agent to let you know when everything is ready for delivery
7) Arrange delivery location & time
8) Meet the driver to collect

I reached out on watts up and got an auto generated response with pricing etc
A human followed up and we scheduled a pickup from my hotel for the following day.
As a tourist, I did not have time to sit around and wait for the pick up and delivery and I let it at the lobby.
It was a smooth transaction and they sent me an invoice and link for EFT payment that I could easily pay as I was out and about. The pick up was at 8 am and my clothes was returned nicely folded back at the hotel by noon.

Just one request, Please give your customers adequate notice before you increase your prices and perhaps you will consider a free wash for reqular customers after 10 consecutive drop offs.
