In April went for a holiday and looked for a laundromat around to my convenience. Very friendly staff and clean place. I then left my clothes to their capable hands of service. Picked up the clothes and drove back to Johannesburg. To my disbelief I his is how my shirt is like. I am very disappointed.
Contacted them after hours and they answered me before they even opened. Super quick and for 16kg for pick up and drop off was only R476. Would recommend this laundry service.

I haven't given a try to any other laundry service in Cape Town for comparison, but I'm certainly not planning to !I Love My Laundry has the loveliest customer service, very fair pricing and is 100% efficient in every way. The courrier who picked up and delivered my laundry was exactly on time, and of course the clothes were washed, dried and folded perfectly. Same day pick up and delivery is mega convenient, and the contact via Whatsapp makes it so easy with an international phone number.Flawless experience, would 100% recommend !
Excellent and carefully done job! We dropped off our laundry at 930am and it was ready for pick up at 2pm on the same day, as promised. The ladies at the store are very friendly and honest, they ensured that our whites & dark clothes were washed separately. Communication was on point despite having an international number - the SMS came through on time for pick up!
Exceptional service with affordable pricing. Came on holiday & they fetched my laundry from the hotel & delivered it on the same day as well as brilliant stain removal from wine tasting and food sharing messes.Would recommend them a million times over. Great work guys. God bless you.

They go an extra mile for their clients. Their work is as promised, with beautiful packaging of your clothes. They give as much respect as you’d give your own clothes. Awesome service! Easy to use and very inexpensive. Anyone who stays in Cape Town and needs laundry washed ( but doesn’t want to pay $$$$$), use I LOVE LAUNDRY . Easy communication, they came and picked up and dropped off. I love, I love my laundry! There service is exceptional. I booked a time for them to pick up a large amount of laundry and they were not only precisely on time but came in and carried everything out. But what is even more amazing, is that I am a bit OCD, so I had already sorted everything and had instructions written and taped on each bag, (which they will gladly do for you if you don't want to) and Frankie, who came to pick up and is fabulous, he then asks me even more specific questions that I hadn't even thought if to write, just to make sure they did everything as I would want. They delivered EVERYTHING back (the first place that hasn't stolen from me)THE SAME DAY, beautifully and right back inside.
Laundry was done professionally and on time!Chris the owner/manager really cares about his customers and their clothes. He is courteous and kind to his clients. This place makes me, who is first time visiting Cape Town, feel good about the city.The store interior is very nice and clean, they serve dim sum too!!! You can have dim sum when you bring your laundry in or out.Highly recommend this place for laundry service!!!
It's been a very good, relaxed experience dealing with I Love My Laundry. Always very quick to respond in WhatsApp, very informative, and never had fault with the cleanliness or service. Used twice during my stay, excellent service each time. Would definitely use again and recommend ????
Service is good until something happens to your washing....My first bad encounter with I love my laundry in City Bowl Barrack street was when they spoiled my sevens rugby jersey I am still not sure how they did that but I can only assume it was washed in hot water, but of course they denied it. So they took no responsibility for it. I was upset but then I thought I will give them another try. Months went by and the good friendly ladies know what and how I want my washing done. So in this week I dropped off my dirty washing and then collected it a day later. The next morning when I tried on my clothes 80% of it had shrunk. So I go pop in there to see there miserable boss lady (but she was not there) so the employee tells me "but we don't machine dry your clothes" and I said "exactly", but I also remembered that there was a new girl at the reception when I picked up my clean washing... Eventually some guy called Alex called me via whatsapp and said he will get back to me, I am still waiting and so far it seems like they not going to take responsibility again due to some technicality because the employee did not write down air dry/ no machine dry! Worse company I have been given business too! Will not use them again!!Are you saying my clothes just magically shrunk?

Amazing service!! Listened to my worries, paid attention to fragile sensitive clothing pieces and I’m happy to say they returned my clothes so beautifully folded, fresh and clean! ????You can whatsapp them at this number +27 74 992 1481 you don’t neet to call it’s so easy to chat to them. Fast replies, invoices texted to you. In order to get SAME DAY service for FREE all you have to do is give your laundry before 10am which is so much better than other companies I’ve used before. The roundtrip delivery was only R60. Softener R30 and the laundry is R130 per every 5kg. Super affordable and high quality laundry services that I will be using weekly now. I regularly use the pick and drop service and I am super impressed with the service. My laundry is cleaned well and smells great. The lady driver who usually collects my laundry is such a gem. Would recommend this service to anyone who enjoys the convenience of their laundry being cleaned professionally.
Recently switched to this service for laundry via collection/delivery, and I've been very happy. Collection and delivery is arranged over WhatsApp with a person. They are flexible and communicate well.The fact that I can usually get back my laundry on the same day is great too.
