Tourists- do not go anywhere else but here! Would definitely recommend them! Traveling to Cape Town is hard enough packing for 4 different seasons so luggage space is limitedI reached out on watts up and got an auto generated response with pricing etcA human followed up and we scheduled a pickup from my hotel for the following day.As a tourist, I did not have time to sit around and wait for the pick up and delivery and I let it at the lobby.It was a smooth transaction and they sent me an invoice and link for EFT payment that I could easily pay as I was out and about. The pick up was at 8 am and my clothes was returned nicely folded back at the hotel by noon.

I am a regular customer at your Barrack street shop, no problems, very happy and very satisfied with the way your staff handle my clothing. Even my old clothing .ooks new on return. Lol.Just one request, Please give your customers adequate notice before you increase your prices and perhaps you will consider a free wash for reqular customers after 10 consecutive drop offs.

I'm so glad we found I Love My Laundry. Communication, pickup and delivery was smooth. We have clean, nice smelling and ironed clothes. The folded clothes were nicely done too. We will definitely use their services again!
